baby movements

So I'm 22 weeks and I have felt my baby move since about 17 weeks(this is my second baby) Well the past week I haven't felt my baby move and was curious if this is normal?? My first daughter, I felt her move constantly.. Any feedback is appreciated. The doctors also said I have early signs of preeclampsia and my first daughter had complications as well. So not sure if preeclampsia could affect this? Thank you in advance!
