Is this the beginning?!

Barely slept at all, was up all night with lower back pain/pressure that radiated to the front but was more of a sharp pain in my lower abdomen/vagina. The breaks in between the sharp pains are pretty far apart and water hasn't broken but do you think this is the beginning of labor or just practice?
