anyone living with anxiety?

Any one else on here have the anxiety struggle? I have severe anxiety and I started taking Zoloft months ago but it hasn't helped much. I just need to know I'm not alone in the struggle. Anxiety actually runs in my family so that sucks. I need some friends. I'm started college a few months ago and I've been in a relationship for almost two years, anxiety makes all of my problems much harder to deal with. 😕

You are not alone. I was on Zoloft for 4 years, it worked for me but it took a while to get my levels straightened out in the beginning. Now I'm on Paxil, I quit Zoloft cold turkey when I was pregnant, don't ever quit cold turkey it was the worst decision I made! I suffer from depression, anxiety and ptsd and its really hard but it will work itself out. I had to use Xanax as well to help level me and I'm doing pretty well. You have to learn what your triggers are and that will help you manage your stress better. Feel free to inbox me or send me a message however that works and we can talk.

I have for about the past 5 years but I promise it will get better. I was on Zoloft for a year and eventually was able to stop taking it altogether. Remember that medication is not the cure. I went to a therapist (before meds, during, and after) that I still continue to see all while staying off medication. Its hard af but you can and will get through it!!
