Special K protein shake?

Idk if this is a stupid question but does anyone know if special K brand protein shakes are okay for pregnancy??
They have a lot of vitamins and things in them and I wasn't sure if it will be too much for baby?

I drank some store brand shakes during the early parts of my pregnancy when I wasn't able to eat breakfast.

Also those tend to have a lot of sugar and sodium, as in the sugar content is higher than the protein. Look for Svelt (sp?) shakes. They are really good, great amount of protein. I would also just do more research about shakes in general.

There's a certain vitamin you should avoid! (Maybe vitamin A-but google will confirm). Check the ingredients for that :) xx
