I'm throwing my own baby shower. I ran into a lady I used to work with and she asked him if I had any plans for the day before my shower (she didn't know I was having a shower) and I told her I'd be setting up and getting everything ready for my shower. She asked me, "isn't someone supposed to throw one for you?" She's in her late 50's, so she's been around the block a few times so it makes me wonder. Did you throw your own party or did someone throw it for you? Is it normal for someone else to throw a baby shower for you?
