Progesterone - Please Advise

I've been taking progesterone 200mg 2x a day since I got my BFP because I had a MC early this year. My obgyn said that I should stop taking them at 10 weeks which is today, but I'm really scared that if I stop taking them I can lose my lil one. I called my obgyn and she said I should not worry that the placenta should take over and if taking after 10 weeks it can affect the baby's genitals. I also saw something on Google talking about that. I don't know what to do. I have enough tablets for another 2 weeks. Should o keep taking them? Please advise or share your thoughts!!
