horrible back pain

I have a doctors appointment in 2 hours but I was curious if any other moms have had this issue.. since I woke up this morning I've been having back pain off and on. It started out as just an ache that would come and go and now it's to the point that I can't even lay down in a comfortable position and I'm almost in tears when in hits.. I've gone to the bathroom about 5 times so it's not constipation.. 😖😞
