Anybody try it? Did it work?

It worked for me when I was in early labor to bring on more consistent contractions. If your body simply isn't ready nipple stimulation, pineapple, etc etc aren't going to make labor happen

I've been trying for weeks and no dilation :(

It really does bring on the contractions! However... they are painful, inconsistent, and won't help dilation. :( I've been trying this for a few weeks and still have not progressed and it caused limited baby moment that scared me. Doctor said that when you contract your baby really can't move as much. Which made sense so I've stopped.

I've been doing it since 36 weeks it's done nothing no braxton hick no contractions I'm now 40+3 but some people swear by it xxx
