I'm not a first time mom. I have a 6 year old. I don't remember there being rules to not having babies in jackets or little fleece suits in the car seat. I know it has something to do with the buckle but can someone explain to me why it's not recommended to put them in a snow suit or jacket in the car seat? Like I said, as far as I was aware, I never heard of that rule when my 6 year old was a baby. Was I just not aware back then or is this something new? Thank you for your input.
