Pain?

My boyfriend and I had slightly more vigorous sex than usual (SLIGHTLY. I don't like to do anything that requires much effort lol) and in what would have been the middle I started getting a sharp pain in my right side. Well we stopped and I used the restroom and cleaned up but I started getting a cramping sensation in my lower belly. After it passed we went to go get dinner. On the way there and throughout the entire dinner I've continued to get these pains/cramps every few minutes. It's extremely uncomfortable. I tried walking to the restroom and I'm kind of stuck rn because it hurts and I don't know what to do but removing my pants helped a little. I'm 24+5 rn and a FTM.
