39+5 can't really go to the bathroom?? TMI

So for over a week when I try to pee it's like I can't get all of it out! But when I rush to the bathroom I feel like I'm gonna have an accident and then when I sit it's just a tiny stream. Also I don't really poo any more? Iv had a couple of ity bity soft poo's but I can't really go. It hurts to sit for so long and then it just doesn't want to come out. It's so stressful and if people are being noisy or there is too much going on I can't go at all cuz it stresses me out too much. :/
