29 weeks... can I take a road trip??

Question

My husband and I are traveling to our permanent home tomorrow (10 hours south) and we decided to drive bc we have two dogs (one which cannot fly) plus, a lot of items we want to move from our apartment to our house. Is It safe to do so, so long as I get out and stretch every now & then?

I just had a long roadtrip, first on the plane for 8 hrs from SC to CA, then drove for 10 hrs from Sacramento to Oregon and back 2 days later, and finally a 3 day drive from CA back home to SC. All with a 7 month old baby and 27-29 weeks pregnant. Just make sure to stop often and stretch your legs, have water with you and some snacks. The OB I see printed out my records to take with me just in case something happens.

I recently took a four hour plane trip, and my MD recommended that I take a baby aspirin both before and after my flight as well as to get up and walk the aisle every hour or so.  I would think the recommendations for a long car trip would be similar.

I wouldn't see why not. Unless u have issues not mentioned.  Make sure u get out every few hours to keep your blood flowing and avoid God for bid blood clots.       
I think it's usually 34 weeks and later they don't want u heading more then an hour away.
