If I plan to pump a lot for baby because I'm going back to work should I start a stockpile before he comes? If so what time would be best to begin pumping? Or should I start afterwards so he gets that colostrum when he's born? I also don't want to go into preterm labor because of it and I've heard that pumping can cause that. any advice or tips for pumping and storage would help!!
