Anything I can be doing to help prepare my body for labor?
Due November 28th , I'll be 34 weeks Monday. I'm wanting to have a natural birth and I plan to labor in the birthing pool and shower and on my exercise ball. Very different from my first where I was restricted to the bed and had an epidural. Is there any type of exercises I should be doing to help prepare me for labor and anything to help prevent tearing? I tore really bad and bled a lot with my first delivery (14 stitches!) so I really want to do anything I can to help prevent that happening with this baby. I bounce on the exercise ball though I don't really feel it helps much. Baby isn't head down or dropper yet, is there anything I can do to help get him into position? My first dropped and was head down weeks before I had her so this is new worrying about his position and all.
