Just new to this...I have been on BC for 12 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 9 years ago. The Nuva ring was the only BC that helped regulate me to where I wasn't bleeding nonstop. Been off BC since January with my last period immediately after. I still have not had another period. We are TTC as I am almost 30 and my husband 33. Wanting to know if there is any natural supplement/vitamin that anyone has tried that has worked. PCOS is notorious for having low progesterone levels that makes AF irregular. I'm guessing this is my problem but seeking advice before we go to fertility specialists.
