Metronidazole vagina gel comment plz

Please comment!!!!

I have to use this for 7 days. I haven't put it in today because Im not going to bed yet but throughout the day I've been using the restroom and I notice this really white clunky discharge. I don't know if its the gel that stays left in there or is it actual discharge ???
