any advice will help

I miscarried naturally on sept 14 I was 7 weeks. I have not gotten a period yet but it felt like it was coming but never showed. I my fertile window is usually the 17th to the 23rd. Should I even get a cycle this soon. My doc said it is great to try again when ever I am ready. Advice please
