please help!! FTM- no idea what's going on...

So from 1:30am to 7am I had consistent contractions that hurt enough for me to stop and breathe through, they were for sure real contractions! They came every 3-6 minutes lasting between 45seconds to a minute. Then all of a sudden they calmed down to where I could sleep through them and now at 9:30 they are semi painful again and come and go sporadically... Also I had my bloody show last night and it continues to come out more and more each time I go to the bathroom... Is this prodromal labor? Or real? And how can I keep it going?!
