fat or pregnant?

So one of my coworkers who knows I'm pregnant said to me " damn girl you look fat" I was really upset about this that someone could be so blunt and I wasn't expecting. I was overweight to begin with but I haven't gained a single pound yet and I'm 15 weeks. Do I look fat?

This is whats wrong with the world.. I had a lady ask me if I know what caused pregnancy because I'm having our 3rd baby..  I wanted her to feel just as uncomfortable as she made me feel so I very bluntly said, "yeah and boy do I like to fuck, I'm surprised we don't have a ton more children." Her face turned beet red and she walked away.. lol I bet she won't ask anyone else that ever again lol

I'm really starting to wonder about people's idea of fat. I've seen a lot of girls post like this & don't look fat in the least (like you). Fat is when you hit a weight that starts effecting your health. To me you look like a just starting to show pregnant woman or even just a girl with a little extra stomach (don't take that the wrong way bc even before being pregnant I always had a little extra stomach & never thought I was fat).

I've had a co worker say the same thing to me. She would laugh and joke calling me fatty and would insist I'd be the first one to eat any of the junk in our store. It was very uncomfortable for me, as I've struggled with my self image for as long as I can remember. I've always thought I was fat even when I wasn't at all. I understand how hard it can be, I hope you have more self confidence in yourself to know your beautiful and not fat by any means. Good luck with your pregnancy!

You certainly don't look fat. People can be so mindless- think before you speak, right? The last thing we need to hear when we are pregnant is that we look fat. I've heard the same joke, "Oh how much have you been eating?" or "Look how fat you and your big belly are getting." Seriously? These are intelligent and usually otherwise socially competent individuals. I feel like telling them to go pound $&@!

I'm in the exact same spot. I'm 15w1d and haven't gained a single pound. My brother-in-law called me fatty😭😭 it's kind of expected from him though. Your co-worker should be more sensitive.

Thanks ladies I really needed honest opinions! I am already sensitive and I get so pissed when in the beginning people asked if "are you sure here's only one in there?" Yes asshole I'm sure!! Lol
