Anyone here who has high T For a women? If so what obstacles do you face?

It's not like so high that I grow facial hair, but my doctor told me my acne was because I have extra testosterone and my body gets rid of it through my skin. 
I had acne literally everywhere, cystic acne that didn't get better until I combatted it with certain birth controls. I'm not on birth control now but since I have gotten older my acne is a lot better, I still deal with it but it's better.

My mother has always had it, she grew facial hair from puberty on (her hair is black so she'd have to shave it nonstop), her voixe has always been a little deeper, she eventually had to have a hysterectomy but most woman eventually do anyways. She's battle a ton of cysts and tumors that she gets me often from her hormones being embalanced. On a positive note she had 3 kids so pregnancy is possible. I also have a cousin with high testosterone whose had 2 children, she used it to her advantage she was always good at sports but she too grew facial hair.

My testosterone levels where a little bit high and they gave me metformin and my endo told me to stay away from sugar.
