I need to know I'm not alone!!

So I'm 30 years old and 5 years ago me and my SO were able to conceive but had to abort cuz I was really ill. Up to that point I had normal AF, 28 cycle, no pre-af spotting. 4 years ago, I started having light spotting for 5-7 days b4 AF arrives in full force! My health has improved 80% in the last 5 years and me and my husband have been ttc for the last 3 years with no luck. The problem is, I think that my pre-af spotting is the culprit. I've been to see an obgyn, I don't have endometriosis, I don't have pcos, my hormones are all good levels. Although, when I do start spotting, I usually have pulling and slight cramping in my pelvic area. Does anybody else have the same kind of cycle as me and we're able to conceive???
