Had this ever happened to anyone?

So I took a test a few days ago and it had a very faint line and then I started spotting. I am very confused I was really hoping this was the month. Has this ever happened to anyone else. I miscarried back in may at 9 weeks 2 days. Hoping for my rainbow baby. Just took this test and I think I see a faint sign but I'm pretty sure I'm crazy
