Had my first appointment yesterday!!!

So I had my first appointment for baby #2 yesterday at 8w5d. It was pretty typical, answer a bunch of questions, pee in a cup, pelvic exam. Got to hear baby's heartbeat on doppler too!! 😄 Wasn't really expecting to hear anything at this point but it was a nice surprise. And apparently I am a little too big to only be 8 weeks. Haha. My doctor kept asking me if I was sure on the dates (I'm positive) and ordered an ultrasound to get measurements and see what's going on in there. I'm excited because I get another ultrasound out of the deal as my insurance only pays for one around 20 weeks unless the doctor thinks more are necessary! Can't wait to see my little one and hope there's only one!!
