When do stop taking pregnancy tests?

I am 4 weeks tomorrow and also due for my period. I've taken a pregnancy test every day since Wednesday all coming up positive and I am definitely symptomatic! My question to you ladies is... when do you stop taking pregnancy tests?! I have 2 left so I plan on taking one tomorrow and one Monday just to be sure. My first doctor apt is October 27. Eek these are expensive but the tests reassure me! Am I alone?!

I took 4, 2 cheapies and 2 digital ones, I only bought the digital ones so my husband could literally see the word pregnant because he didn't believe it 😹

I only took two, the day I found out. I didn't see the point in continuing to test, those are expensive! My positives were super dark though, there wasn't much of a question.

I've taken 5 so far, one was negative  but still no period, so I waited a week and took another and a rather faint positive so I waited a couple more days to test again and it was slightly darker, so I set up an appointment and the doctor had confirmed it. Now just out of curiosity I took another dye test to just see how much darker my lines have gotten and I took a digital one for picture purposes.

You can stop now. You're more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. Usually if the test says positive, your hcg levels are high. Any spike in those means pregnancy. Go ahead and call your ob for final verification and get on those prenatals.

I would hang onto them and if you really want to take them wait a few weeks for reassurance. You are pregnant!!! It will feel more real after your appointment and doctor confirms by blood that a baby is on the way!

I'm 4 weeks 2 days due June 23rd and I've taken about 10 lol but mine day was good and dark so I'm not taking anymore.

i took 6 the day i found out and then still kept taking them til like 12 weeks bc i couldnt believe it 😂😂

I took two. One was way too early but it was the first day I technically could and it was negative. But then i missed my period so a few days later I took another and it was faint but positive! I would just stop.
