I dont know my body like I should.  How do I know when Im ovulating? Also, my period is extremely irregular, but I feel weird about getting bc because I dont have sex. I dont know about anything. Help?

Besides it is better to be on it and not need it than need it and be to late. I was on BC for years before I had sex for the first time just because I knew I'd have sex one day and I wanted to be prepared.
