I don't know if this is just tissue build up because I had the iud or if i just miscarried. I got my paragaurd iud take out recently and I had nexplanon implanted in my arm. I had a late period by about nine days then I started heavily bleeding. I JUST took out my tampon and this came out.. I'm just so shook and I need to know if this was possibly a fetus or if I'm just crying over my uterine lining..
