mirena IUD help!

This might be a really stupid question. I just got the Mirena IUD inserted last week on Thursday (10/6) and only had 3ish lays of light bleeding/spotting. Starting Monday (10/10) I started bleeding more heavily, but still light by my standards. The past 2-3 days, my bleeding has been becoming more and more heavy, which I consider about medium flow now. Is it at all possible that the Mirena started my period again? Even though my period was 10/3-10/6? Or is it just bleeding? My gyno left me a message to call them this past Friday, which I did, and they never answered or returned my message to call me back. PLS HELP ME LADIES
