heartbroken

I found out I was pregnant a month ago, went in for my first appointment and couldn't find a heartbeat. Everything was measuring 7 weeks and 3 days, even though we thought I was around 10 weeks. The doctor came in the room and said that it was a miscarriage and I should decide what to do and gave me my three options. My so keeps saying there is hope, and we should get a second opinion. I've just never felt so lost and heartbroken and I have no one to talk to.
