Bleeding again

Will am supposed to be about 8 weeks along and once again am bleeding nothing to heavy just there not even going into a pad. So not sure if I should even go back to the hospital or not. I don't have a doctor to call and ask because my Medicaid still hasn't come through yet. Am not cramping or anything that would be a sign of a miscarriage, just bleeding dark red and there when I wipe. So would everyone please just pray for me. Am thinking of taking another pregnancy test when my boyfriend gets off from work to see if am still pregnant or not.
