Tricare Langley AFB

I just had my lab done to confirm my pregnancy and now I am not sure how to set up an OB appointment. I talked with someone on the phone who said I need to call Tricare and set it up with Women's Health. I am a bit confused exactly what to do. Any other women at Langley AFB? What did you do? What was your experience?
