FTM venting

So I'm going to be 35 weeks tomorrow.. I been feeling pain down there and it feels like my baby is also pushing down but my stomach has not yet dropped. At night it's so painful in my pelvic area.. I can't call my doctors because they make me feel like I'm harassing them and because I'm a FTM I'm just paranoid....my estimated due date according to my LMP is November 21st but the ultrasound said it was November 9th. Any advice?
