TMI... Advice needed!

TMI!

So I have been feeling weird down in my vagina area all day (Sore, uncomfortable) . So finally I checked to see what was going on. Inside very close to the hole inside and  downward is a small bouncy ball sized hard round knot. The knot its self doesn't hurt or anything when I touch it but it makes walking and sitting uncomfortable.. I'm 11 weeks tomorrow but not sure if that has anything todo with this. No spotting.. Should I be worried?? Idk what it is or could be?

Going to my doctor today.
