First Time Using OPK & First High Fertility Day

Started using clear blue easy digital opk this month. Got my first high fertility Day (though it may be my second because I forgot to test yesterday. Hubby and I are planning to do bd   once a day through my high fertility period. It's our first month really trying and I've always had the feeling I would get pregnant right away once we did... Don't know why. My birthday is next week. Getting pregnant now sure would be a great bday present from my Heavenly Father!
