TTC...advice?

I have been trying to conceive for almost 5 years, and no luck. I have a mild form of PCOS, and have irregular periods. I started my last period the first of December, and should be starting in 4 days. My nipples have been sore and I have been really nauseous. I don't want to get my hopes up. What should I do? what was your first symptoms, and how far along were you when you found out you were pregnant??
