Where At Thou, Aunt Flow?!

Seriously, is this some kind of sick joke my body is playing on me?! I'm patiently awaiting for AF to arrive so I can start my IVF process, beginning with BC pills. I'm typically 28-30 cycle, well I'm now at CD 36 with multiple pregnancy test taken, all of which are negative. I've never wished for AF as much as I do now. I hope this doesn't throw everything off, as I'm supposed to have a hysterscopy done on the 27th.
