What happened??

I was havin watery CM like usual before ovulation day. Just a few hours ago it was exactly like that.. I just checked and now it's low, hard and closed and having creamy CM. but.. Wasn't I suppose to ovulate? I don't take opk's but I'm only 9 days after period or cycle day 14. I had some light cramping earlier and assumed it was ovulation pains but this doesn't add up. Could I have ovulated and implanted this afternoon? I heard the cervix can get hard and close within 12 ours after ovulation. Maybe I felt implantation? Please help
