The act of losing your virginity, in my opinion, is defined by the act of having what you consider sex. To some people, that could be anal, being intimate with a sane-sex partner, or penetration. In my mind, it is penetration - vaginal or anal. I would say you have been sexual intimate, but you have not had sexual intercourse. So yes, in my opinion, you're a virgin.
