Leaking or pee (27 weeks )

I'm 27 weeks and 1 day. Yesterday I noticed I was wet a few times but all I did was lay in bed and a few times got up to eat, go to the bath room etc. Well it's now 6am I woke up at 530 to come cramps very uncomfortable ones then about a few minutes later I realized im was wet again and when I mean wet I mean my undies are wet enough to feel the wetness though my pants. I just put a pad on, hoping to see if I can tell if she's just causing me to pee a little while I'm laying down or if I need to go to the er or call my ob.
