breast feeding question...

For our fist baby girl I started breast feeding but after two days I was having blood pressure issues and had to stop do to medication. Me and my husband r planning on trying for another in a few months but when I was breast feeding I didn't really enjoy it like I was supposed to but ik it's really good for the baby so I was going to pump instead what I was wondering is will I be able to do that with the second even tho I didn't with the first do to meds.? Will my milk come in like it's supposed to since I didn't do it the first time?
