When did your baby started to crawl?

My baby is 7 1/2 months and still not interested much in crawling...she just loves standing and taking her little steps.

My daughter started crawling at 6 months. Now she's cruising furniture and I'm pretty sure she will walk soon. But I wish she hadn't crawled so early. It's hard keeping up with her and making sure there's absolutely nothing unsafe on her level. When she just stayed in one place I could play with her there and didn't have to worry about her eating dog food or knocking over the trash can in the bathroom or climbing up the stairs and only knowing how to get back down by falling 🙄

Some completely skip crawling honestly. My second did entirely. She would do a crawl type walk for a couple weeks after already learning to walk at 8 months. My fourth Is 7 months and she has no interest in doing anything. She can say a few words and rolls all over but that's it! Lazy butt.

Mine girl it 7 months tomorrow and shes only scooting. She gets in to every thing!!! I have to put her in a basket to keep her in one place. I hope she doesn't start crawling soon because I can't keep up!

My little one started crawling commando style at 4.5 months and had her big girl crawl down by 5.5 months. She is fast too! Into everything and pulling up. She's six and a half months old now. We have literally had to put baby gates everywhere. Some babies skip crawling all together, though!

My daughter started crawling around 5 months. She started pulling herself up by 6 months and now is starting to stand on her own for a few seconds. We have had to baby proof already! Seems like she's growing up so fast! Her crib is on the lowest setting it can go to now.

Mine started crawling at the end of month six. I didn't really do anything to pique her interest, it was all on her own accord. I would really encourage you to have your baby crawl over allowing th to skip straight to walking-- my grandmother was a masters educated special ed teacher and found that when teaching kids behind in reading she frequently had to teach them how to crawl because they were allowed to
Skip over that skill in their development. Something with the movement of crawling and tracking on a page all related back to each other.

My LO is 7 1/2 months and. It really interested in crawling. She likes laying on her belly and will roll around and sometimes scoot backwards on her belly but doesn't really get up on her knees. She will sleep with her knees underneath sometimes.
