Bicycling his legs releases lots of his gas, or just helping him hold his legs pulled in helps him pass gass, too.

Gas drops but he loves when I do the bicycle with him and tummy rubs always works and gives you a full diaper 😅

Started using gripe water and it seems to help but only for a little bit. My baby girl definitely gets her farts out and poops about twice a day, but she just looks like she's in pain every time she farts or is pushing. I burp her well and not sure what else to do. I don't want to switch formula if that makes her tummy issues worse :(
