Ovulate twice in one month??

Question

Anyone done this? I feel like my cm indicated that I did and now I am confused. We are ttc and I watched my days etc and then today my cm was the egg white again....mind you my fertile window closed like 2 days ago. Weird....this has never happened before.

Thanks for all the feedback! Twins do run on my mothers side actually but they skipped her and her siblings. I wish and hope this would be the actual situation lol guess we will see!!

Yes I do this. I will feel ovulation pain in one ovary for the day and get my normal CM that's related to ovulating. Then maybe 3-4 days later I'll have ovulation pain on the other ovary and the CM repeats. But fraternal twins are hereditary on my mother's side so I've been told that's most likely what it is.

You can't ovulate twice in one cycle unless you released 2 eggs at the same time. It is possible your body geared up to ovulate but couldn't and is now trying again.
