no baby yet

well wen i went in last tuesday i was 36 wks an 5 day an i was diealated to 1cm an i went in today im 37 wks an 5 days an im diealated to 2cm an my cervix is 70% solf so were just playing the waiting game on me to diealate more or start having strong close contraction in order for me to have my second son i go back to the dr on the 25th at 10:30am any ideals to help me diealate or start having contractions about this time with my first kid i was 39 wks an 3 day an diealated to a 2cm an they induced me bc my son couldnt brake my water bag bc he was so some this baby mite b bigger any ideasa help!!!!!
