bacterial vaginosis

Hey everyone-So I struggle with BV at least 2 times a year for the last 2 years. I have it now,once again. I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years now as well. We use condoms,and every time I get BV when I treat myself he treats his self as well just in case. So my question is how do you all get rid of it with home remedies? Doctor appointments and prescriptions have been costly,so if anyone has done a home remedy and it has work please let me know. Thank you.
