Question about a digital test!

AF was due Sunday 10/16, I took a Clearblue digital that afternoon around 2PM. BFN. I am now 3 days late, my cycles are ALWAYS 25 days long.. could the digital have been too soon or should I just wait it out and see if AF comes?
