Confuseddd

I've been so confused lately . This month for the first time EVER ! I've had two periods in one month but it was way lighter than usual and lasted an extra day . It was more as spotting the whole time . A week or two ago i was having cramps and wasn't on period or anything . Now I'm 10 days before my period and my nipples are sore for 3-4 days now . And I also have a yeast infection.. does anybody have any advice that can help me with all of this ??? Or has this happened to any of you ?
