Prometrium

I am 7 weeks and I have been taking a 200 mg prometrium tablet orally before bed. Dr told me my progesterone levels were not where she wanted. I had been having some spotting , but it seems as though since I started taking the pills my bleeding ad been increasing??? Is that a side of the medication??? Also I had a ultrasound about 3 days ago and baby was fine with a hb 122. Dr say I had so blood around the fundus not exactly sure what that is but she said that maybe where the blood is coming from. HELP very scared I am going to m/c again....
