Has anyone been told by the doc they was pregnant, after the ultrasound an sent me home, two days later I was in the er bc I started bleeding really bad an then they took blood test an said I was never pregnant!?

Has anyone been told by the doc they was pregnant, after the ultrasound an sent me home, two days later I was in the er bc I started bleeding really bad an then they took blood test an said I was never pregnant!? I was devastated bc I had my hopes up an wanted a baby so bad.... An now I still haven had a baby or even got pregnant, I'm still into pieces an still trying to cope with this if anyone can give advice I would love to hear... Thanks ladies!
