Under pressure

Does anyone else feel pressure to accept things from people when your pregnant? My Mil has already bought a second hand pushchair and car seat without me even seeing it and friends are trying to pass their old nursery furniture on to me. It's in good condition but really not our style. I feel bad saying no and don't know what to do. I feel so ungrateful and I'm really not averse to second hand stuff as loads of our other furniture is second hand. I just feel like I don't know what type of stuff I even want yet. I'm only 10 weeks as well
