Nausea/stomach ache 9 months FTM

The past couple nights I have gotten unusual stomach aches/kind of a nauseous feeling and random pain that feels like I'm being pinched from the inside. I had a Dr apt today and everything was fine, I'm 37 weeks and not dilated yet so idk if this means labor is soon or if I'm just overthinking this sick feeling. I haven't thrown up though..  Can anyone say they've had this feeling?
